Oak Valley Health Internal Application Process

 

1: Online Application

Submit an online internal application - Applications are reviewed for required skills and qualifications. The review process happens 1-2 days after the internal closing date. Only those selected for next steps will be contacted directly. All Applications are confidential. Your Manager would not be notified unless you have been told you are the successful candidate.

 

2: Shortlisting

Human Resources review the initial application in conjunction with discipline, attendance, and service hours or seniority. The hiring manager then reviews selected candidates for further consideration and provides HR with a shortlist.

 

3: Phone Screen

Candidates selected for phone screening are contacted for a 10-15 minute telephone conversation to review their application, position details, and next steps.

 

4: In-Person Interview

Successful shortlisted candidates will be contacted via email or by phone to be invited to attend an in person interview.

 

6: Second Interview

Depending on the position, a second interview may be required. Candidates will be notified if/when a second interview is required.

 

8: Interview Decisions

Once final decisions are made, all internal candidates are notified either way via email.
